Timesplitters 2

I don't know why, I finished Zelda and decided to return to my older titles rather than lunge into any new ones (Pokemon soon yay). I should really play the still far from complete Metroid but that bores me so I had a laugh a minute blast on the frankly excellent and addictive Timesplitters 2, had some mates over to play it too. This is turning out just like Perfect Dark on how much I play it.

So go on what have you been playing? and why?

So some other planet has 7Up caps on? Freaky :D

Nah, on the opening cinema just look at the planet they land on, you can easily see the outline of Africa.

Well now you know how the idea really did come about. The inspiration didn't come from the bugs Shigsy used to collect as a child, but from the strange creatures he imagined seeing in his garden as an adult after playing too much Super Mario 64 :D

I, for some obscure reason, was unware the home of the Pikmin is on earth.

If you ever see a 50 pence sized spaceman wondering around... well... you know why.

I've just ripped through the fourth level with the final cave to go.

I asked my brother to go march my diverse Pikmin army to the fourth cavern only for him to lead so many of them into the water.

Pausing the game he ran to me saying sorry and feeling really bad.

I told him to simply unpause the game and he did so, surprised I didn't touch the pad. He then watched in awe as my 25 blue Pikmin dashed into the water to chuck the pikmin to saftey. He was mighty impressed.

It's all about Pikmin 2 at the moment. I love not having the strain of a set amount of days, and having to cram too much activity into each one.

Loving it, and I'm not even a strategy fan.

Because it is.

If you look hard on the 4th area you will see your original crash site from the first game and some of the original level there.

Oh right. That's called Road Rage. That is equally brilliant :)

Mainly Pikmin 2, picked up the mail in Animal Crossing and met some ghost dude. Who was actually very nice.

There is far too much talking in Animal Crossing, I'm sure a lot of it is there to make you stay their for longer.

Pikmin 2 is faster paced game but at least I know AC is always there.

Pikmin 2 is fantastic.

Crash mode is where you slam into the cars trying to cause as much damage as possible (the Crashbreaker is brilliant ^_^). I was talking about the mode where you race through the level getting as many takedowns as you can.
