I don't know why, I finished Zelda and decided to return to my older titles rather than lunge into any new ones (Pokemon soon yay). I should really play the still far from complete Metroid but that bores me so I had a laugh a minute blast on the frankly excellent and addictive Timesplitters 2, had some mates over to play it too. This is turning out just like Perfect Dark on how much I play it.
So go on what have you been playing? and why?
I took up two fairies, a blue potion, and some milk along with a full quiver of arrows (40) and a load of bombs, etc. Before I even worked out how to hit Ganondorf I had lost twelve hearts but once I realised that you were meant to hit the electricity balls back and forth it became easier but then I spent another ten hearts before I worked out you had to use the light arrows. Once I had a full strategy I was able to beat Ganondorf with relative ease.
Then there's the bit with following Zelda. This seemed a bit pointless considering it was probably the easiest section of the game I've played and then Zelda gives you about six hearts just for beating two Staflos. Oh well, I'm not complaining.
Then there's Ganon. I didn't expect anything that big and so he got in a couple of free hits before I was really ready. I used my z-targeting only to get this useful nugget of information from Navi:
'I really have no idea about his weak spot!'
I soon lost another row of hearts leaving me with just my milk and blue potion but then I came up with the idea of light arrows again. That worked but then when I went over to attack with my sword nothing happened much to my annoyance. I lost almost all of my magic before I realised that you were meant to hit his tail. I got my master sword back but had to use my blue potion straight away to refil my magic and health. From there I beat him without having to even touch the milk. And this is from the same person that lost to Bongo Bongo.
Oh, and is the game supposed to freeze on the black and white picture of young Link and Zelda with The End written on it? I'm thinking that the answer is no.

I think it was because the exsphere/cruxis crystal caused her to stunt her growth.
T'was fantastic.

Well in that case you'll have to go through the traps at the entrance door, and work your way up past the fire keese again. Really really prepare yourself with bottles full of health, magic, or blue ones for both. preferably 1 red, 1 green, 2 blue or whichever combo you prefer involvin a fairy in case you get killeded.
I've just uncovered the mystery of the missing children in four swords and now progressing to the dungeon of world 2.
Metroid Prime: Echoes is giving me the evils at the moment so I should play it before Samus really gets cross.
> Sheena Fina Collete.
Or to be more accurate, Sheena > Fina > Collete > Aika :P
Heheh Ruin Mode :) Yeh. And Presea's just.. young. Even though she's not. What's with that? I must have missed the bit that explained that.
