Timesplitters 2

I don't know why, I finished Zelda and decided to return to my older titles rather than lunge into any new ones (Pokemon soon yay). I should really play the still far from complete Metroid but that bores me so I had a laugh a minute blast on the frankly excellent and addictive Timesplitters 2, had some mates over to play it too. This is turning out just like Perfect Dark on how much I play it.

So go on what have you been playing? and why?

I'm not bothered, I was just seeing if they had other deals, but I've been there before.

I am currently playing 3 rather large games and so I shouldn't get any other games. Although I've been tempted by Def Jam Vendetta: Fight for NY and some Sonic titles.

I don't care for XGRA and I really didn't like True Crime. So I sold it :)

Die Hard Vendetta.

Not bad although the controls are a bit rubbish (you can't move digonally! and the aiming is very twitchy). The levels are good fun, I'm just disappointed that you have to end the level when you kill a civilian, because it's so much fun.

What about when Kratos leaves your party?

When both Zelos and Kratos (And Colette) were gone near the end, I used Regal.
Zelos however, was almost exactly like Kratos, but healed you less and fought more, but that was OK, as Raine consistently used Nurse.

Obviously they were xbox versions.

I found them at a site named after a large river. :)

I was looking at some sale items today, all Sonic games on the Gamecube were a tenner each and I was so tempted to get them all.

And Enter the Matrix for a fiver (I had it, never played it, sold it).

But no, I must stay true to the games I wanna finish first. By the time I have the ability to buy some cheapo average titles they should all be that price in a bargain bin somewhere.

Going back through Splinter Cell on hard.

Great game, shame about the things that chip away at the realism.

Mine was Lloyd + Sheena + Kratos + Raine.

Because well Lloyd is good all round, Kratos has huge strength, Raine is your healer and Sheena is great to look at. I killed off Zelos so he didn't make the party. Genis whined and I took him out the party from the very beginning, Collette was replaced later with the farrrr better looking Sheena and Presea and Regal.. I never liked them to be honest. Freaky convict murderer and stunted pink-haired girl.

Tales was short compared to SKies, FF6,7,8,9, Chrono Trigger etc

It was longer than a lot of games though, but shortedr than those.

And Skies isn't short.

And yes, I was referring to Sheena's overlimit (seeing as the two lines above it were referring to her).

Still,

Lloyd + Sheena/Kratos + Zelos/Kratos + Raine/Kratos = best party ever.

There was one quote at the end of a battle which I missed because of my brother, and I never heard it again

It was Lloyd, Colette and Genis asking Kratos a question, and it ended with the three going "Cooooooool"

But I can't find it on GameFAQs, so if anyone can remember it, tell me, please?
