I want somewhere to stick my thoughts on the Formula 1 season as it progresses so I'm going to do that here. Feel free to join me if you want.

Oh and bring on the proposed Singapor night race. I think a night race would be an amazing esp if it is a street track as they are proposing

I am just happy that with the arrival of Lewis Hamilton and the departure of that german driving machine, F! looks like it is about to have something to offer British fans again. Used to watch it religiously for years but then the pradictability got to me. This season has started very interestingly and I am glad I can enjoy it again.

I'm pretty sure I named MG, it was either me or my partner.
I was Salo and my partner was De La Rosa.

I think it was me who named the spare team after MG... weird to think that the company's now well and truly bust, how things have moved on!

I remember coming up with the MGF1 team ;)
I was always Mika Salo with MGF1. I was hopeless with the predictions though :(

The website

I think a lot of the fly away races will be night races because Ecclestone has a bee in his bonnet about races being shown in Europe at 3-4 in the morning.

The problem with Albert Park is, I think I'm right in saying, that the circuit has electrical problems, so to light the track up will require creative thinking.

Wasn't there a website with all the SR F1 results on it?

I love the idea of night races, a good way to spice things up a bit, especially with the lack of overtaking manuveurs nowadays.

Me too, especially my victories... especially the preidctions, that was a good laugh!

Looks like the Australian GP may be set to also become a night race, that could prove interesting; or at least the wrangling about it could be. To see F1 cars racing around the Surfer's Paradise street track would be good, but I don't think that's too likely.

Shame the forums aren't as active as they used to be. I used to love the SR F1 championship.

There aren't really enough people interested to do the F1 Championship again. When you have 22 drivers that need to be taken, I can only think of 8 at the moment that might be interested.

McLaren just didn't have the pace in the last sector and it proved the difference as Massa had enough pace to build a nice lead.

Alonso's mistake cost him 2nd place probably but that won't bother Hamilton who now leads the Championship, despite not winning a race yet.

Coulthard did well to finish ahead of Rosberg as he had 3rd gear missing. First ever point for Super Aguri. That car is much better than the Honda.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
