I really enjoyed the race and it was the first one in ages I've watched all the way through. Hamilton has taken to F1 superbly and it would be great for him to win the title in his first season.
The track is a bit of a joke really. It keeps breaking up, the facilities aren't good (Silverstone is better and that gets threatened) and the track is hardly used so it's very dusty.
Kubica has a broken leg after that accident so I hope he has a quick recovery.
Hamilton was never going to lose that race. Never put a wheel wrong. Heidfeld was fully deserving of 2nd place. Wurz played his strategy perfectly and I guessed he didn't have to pit again, just because he had the white striped tyres on and the safety car periods saving fuel.
Massa and Fisichella can't complain. Montoya did the same thing a few years back and got black flagged. Alonso was all over the place and who knows what damage he did to the underside of that car. It was great to see Sato, on the right tyres at the time, to overtake Alonso.
Red Bull wrecked Webber's race with poor strategy and they could have scored some points there. In the end, he missed out on a point by less than a tenth.
Hamilton leads by 8 points now and Indianapolis is not Alonso's favourite place.
Poor Hamilton, he works very hard for that lead and then gets it obliterated by the clumsiness of Sutil.
It's going to be a tough race as it's a difficult track to attack. I'm not sure if they'll all get through the first corner without incident either.
It's a bit of a surprise because Canada is usually one of the tracks where the times are quite close. Maybe it's just the Friday factor.
Alonso hasn't gone well round Canada or the US tracks.
