Warcraft III, the RTS no RTS gamer should be without. I'm always game for a decent bit of online play in this sort of game, and I KNOW that many among you also own this quality product, and perhaps even play online.

I propose we try to get some games going together. We can meet on IRC on the irc.netgamers.org server in channel #broodwar (owned by me and some mates, usually very quiet tho), or meet on MSN for Warcraft III, Frozen Throne, or indeed, should you feel up to it, Broodwar.

I should warn you though, that nobody can beat me at broodwar. NOBODY!!!.

mass ghouls could probably do some damage?
Although they'll get mowed down pretty swiftly.

My banshees would be owned before they could get close enough for possession.

The towers would have worked. Except when he brought that meat wagon in.

I could have really used frost nova, but the lich is so weak.

There is a counter to every tactic.

Try area effect spells, banshees or even mass zigurats.

Fiend massing is ridiculous though, the only good counters are aboms and wyrms, both of which are tier 3. By the time you reach tier 3 he has 10 fiends against your 1 abom.

Its a shocker. I need to revise tactics.

Woah i got raped on the solo ladder yesterday.

Goddamn fiend massing.

I received the game today.

Now just gotta wait for my PC bits to arrive so I can play it.

I'm currently waving my influential fist in the direction of a few friends, a couple of whom have the original game, but not the expansion.

Recently we've been having a right laugh playing broodwar though, which is class.

Ok, well if you can play, is there anyone else you could recruit into playing?

That depends on whether the gf decides to go out with her friends from work...
