Can you explain exactly what language you get "narly" from?
Its not in the Oxford Dictionary by any chance is it, because if it isn`t it should be - perhaps under the same entry for "pointless" or "idiotic"...

At least the so-called technobabble in Star Trek (as explained on BBC 2`s Star Trek Night) is made up from REAL WORDS with REAL MEANINGS, nearly all of them are in use today as items of everyday industrial or scientific applications.

So stuff that up your Half-Pipe and smoke it!!!! :-P
