just half an hour ago the north tower of the world trade centre in New York City was hit by a small passenger airplane then the south tower was hit by a larger private jet hit the south tower...the first jet is said to have been hijacked.......

There are still people alive under the rubble of the towers, god knows how.
Apparently they've phoned people on their mobiles and they know that there are a "reasonable number of people" alive.

The thing is this is a very well planed attack. If they had just wanted to take out the world trade centre they would have attacked at night when it was largley empty. This seems to be a deliberate mass murder case. They knew the towers would be full of people and thats what they wanted.
On the TV this morning they were saying about 800 from the pentagon and planes and upto 20,000 from the towers.

Even though they haven't yet given the number of deaths, it's sickening just to think.
And George W Bush says:
"We will make no distinction between the terrorists and their hosts"
So if the hosts happen to be seen as a whole nation, it will be the whole nation that gets it.
This is bad, very bad. Especially as Tony Blair would condone any American action, that would make us more of a target than we already are, to the terrorists.

It was totally unexpected, and so many people died.
The NY Fire Department estimate that about half of the fire-fighters that went in while the Twin Towers were still up to quench the flames have been KILLED as a result of the collapse.
This is bad news, and it only seems to be getting worse. Blood is running out. There are severe after effects, the ground is shakey, people have died and other are in critical condition.
I hope the guy who orchastrated this burns in hell forever!

The 47-floor, 'Number 7' building that stood next to the twin towers has no collapsed due to the after effects of the original disaster!
It's has only just 'gone' within the last 15 minutes.
I hope this doesn't set off a domino effect!
