This is such an immense improvement at least graphically over the last one. Ive not played it too much, but i did start the story mode yesterday which i have to say is really good. The cut scenes are top notch.

Ive bought some parts and stuff from the shop, but havent put them to any real use yet.

I'm starting to really, really like it now I've unlocked the fourth cup. Do you have to complete all four on Master to unlock AX Cup?

Well i must have been playing for about 5 hours yesterday and now my hand is crippled with pain the likes of which i havent felt since Monkey Ball. Ive managed to unlock the grand prix race in story mode, i cant get anywhere near first place yet though.

The game rules!!
The blistering speed, the jaw-dropping graphics and the length of the game is awesome.
But it is a bit diffcult though.

Comparing it to videos, it does look slow. That's probably because on vids you focus on the vehicle, but ingame you look towards the far part of the track, and seeing how huge the levels are in comparison to your ship, things do seem slow.

Although Lateral Shift is the most amazing track in any game ever!

I wouldn't say it was cheating but the computer player does boost just after you boost and he does "seem" to have more boost available than you do - or is it just my imagination ?

Does that mean that the computer "cheats" just like in F-Zero X?
That's a bit disappointing, I thought they'd be past that by now.

Heh perhaps if I played it more I could answer these questions. But it's a fast furious multiplayer and I'd recommend it... if that's what you want to hear.

Although Mario KArt will steal any thunder it may have.

It's fast, it's slick and VERY cool.

But I don't enjoy it... not enough pick up and play and I don't have the time to sit and deal with a steep learning curve these days.

Thank god I've already got the hang of Tony Hawks.

So you can upgrade your ship and stuff?

I really want a racing game but never got FZero on the N64. I played it, it needed alot of practice though!

But its not slow, thats for sure!!!!

I might get this game! Hm!
