Look at what Tilta said but replace Zelda with Knights of the old Republic. I have spent about 16 hours on it since Friday evening and I am only on mission 4 of the single player.

Note: Rainbow 6 3 and a number of those games noted aren't strictly FPSs, but you get the along-similar-lines idea.

Really want to get it - but I'm a little FPS-ed out at the moment. Been replaying Medal of Honour while waititng for Call of Duty, then that's going to take up the hours next week. Max Payne 2 and Desert Storm 2 are still fresh in the memory as well.

Judging by the unhealthy time I've spent with it online this weekend, I'd say it's the best Xbox LIve game, best Xbox game and in a close fought battle with Zelda Wind Waker for game of the year.
