With all this debate about carbon emissions, how long will it be before some bright spark decides that millions of nice little doggies are only good for turning food into poo, and emitting carbon?

Will we be forced to turn on the animals and expunge them in their droves, or what better ways are there to reduce carbon emissions?

captain planet? THAT jackass? PAH! he destroys the environment just as much as the villians as he trashes the surroundings housing the deadly polluting machines/chemicals/devices/bombs etc etc. If he planted trees or repaired the environment he wouldn't be such a jerk.

Besides, he needs to be summoned and its mostly done by the 6 lesser heroes. Begs the question, why don't they fuse the rings into one and just tell captain planet do all the work. Sod sending out the planteers out.

Oh i get it: we need cannon fodder to find out what the problem is.

Apparently there's some algae that will eat up carbon dioxide and release oxygen. Unfortunately it would kill all the fish and plants so we can't use that plan.

Pfft! In my old school, I volunteered to help plant trees, I did about 8 / 9... Now three years later, I visited and they've been cut down! :(
