It's made by Midway, has trashy dance music, looks terrible (well, it didn't back then) has 6 racing tracks (8 battle, 6 Stunt too, great fun), no licensed cars or drivers or anything and quite possibly the worst looking trees ever. And it totally kicks butt in single and multiplayer. Best £30 I randomly spent in GAME ever.
I implore you to get it off E-Bay.

I used to play that absolutely LOADS back when I still had me N64, and was a random £10 purchase in EB...hrmm, I remember most of my N64 games were random purchases, like Paperboy (and I've never seen such a pile of cr@p before).
But that truely was a great game, Hydro Thunder. It looked great back then, was extremely fast, had lots of ship/boats to use and a lotta courses and also provided a bit of a challenge. Also, it had a great multiplayer.
I think theres a sequel to it called 'Artic Thunder' for X-box. Not so good I hear, but I'd like to try it one day anyway...
