It won't launch on 5th November as planned, but the 18th.

It's only two weeks, but it does put it AFTER the Xbox release.

The reason is to ensure there are plenty of 'CUBE's on the shelves.

Hmmm.

More later.

Well did any hear the news about the XBOX not being released in Japan at all this year? They says it will arrive in Japan March 2002.

Apparently there have 3 investigations in to price fixing and neither of them have discovered a cartel though. I blame the government's stealth taxes and the price of fuel (transportation).

You've converted that using the

And the reason? Because prices are fixed, meaning that something that costs $50 there costs £50 here. Nothing to do with the strength of the ecconomy... the UK market is just a cartel- keeping prices high

You've converted that using the exchange rate though. You need to compare it to the cost of living, IE what $50 is worth. It may exchange to £35 but in reality it's actually worth about £50.

Nintendo have gone the upper edge. Nintendo are a games company known for their brilliant innovative games, Microsoft are ummmmmmmmm boring can I say that, it dosen't sound to biased does it.

Honestly the sort of Market Microsoft are aiming the console at has already been claimed by PS2, I can't see them suceeding.

I know it's a bad move by Nintendo, they will probly loss some sales, but with more on the selves this could be a good move by Nintendo.

I would prefer the X-Box to come out after the GC cause then Nintendo would have the upper edge. But this wont effect the Eurpoue or Japan relast dates so it isn't so bad for us.
