Perfect Dark 2 has been canned from XBOX 1 and is going over to XBOX 2.
Sabre Man Stamped has been canned from XBOX 1 and may not even be made for XBOX 2.
Kameo looks like its not going to be finished and may be canned.
Ghoulies has just been launched, sales are not to good and it should have been canned.

Diddy Kong Racing was actually pretty good, didn't like Blast Corps though :S
Conker and PD0 are still coming out - that's all that matters to me. DK64 and the others were nice diversions but PD and Conker were the best of the bunch.
Oh and rare usually make silly, small and quirky games early on in a consoles life (Blast Corps, Diddy Kong Racing, Killer Instinct etc).
Given time Rare will be great again., it's still an investment.
