Basically they are shown a pink warning card - that's in between yellow and red - and following this they are a "Pinkie" for a specified period of time.
Their name of course turns to pink.

Or, they could be a yellow-with-black-dotsie. Then this would give the impression that they're poisonous. (to those who know about poisonous frogs)

I agree there are some possible problems, but I have to think it through fully. I'm not sure people would want to be a Pinkie (just for a lark) if they knew that the next step was to be banned. Therefore I think it could work with the right handling.

er - I think some people missed the point here. They would be a "Pinkie"
Nah, i like some of the ideas here, maybe pinkieing, having Under Caution as the tagline and having an official reason in the stats would be a good idea.
