Why am I trying it out anyway?

The PS2 forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.

Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest PS2 game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.

As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)

Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.

Argos do some cheap ones, I bought a couple of them in my 'student era' 2 uplighters for a tenner and they aint bad either; im still using them until I buy some chrome ones.

Hmmm... Uplighters are expensive.

Any ideas on where to buy some semi-transluscent ones? Lighting a reasonably small room.

Now funnily enough I know exactly what your going on about, I've had a request to replace the ensuite, decorate our bedroom (again) - replace the double cooker with errrr ... a double cooker, replace all the door handles on internal doors with chrome ones - the list goes on.

I've started putting my foot down :D

Yeah football last weekend, not gonna talk about our game as it was truely abysmal, infact our team is just abysmal and talking to most supporters gives me the impression that we're going down this season, wouldn't surprise me seeing as our chairman is a meddling fool!

Half watched the Arsenal Man U fight ... not gonna comment on that :)

Not this weekend though as I'm already booked to spend a minimum of 12 hours at the uni with a mate playing catch-up on missed homework. I would have done it last weekend but it turned out that there were a few footie games on the TV.
