SFX has just posted the first 3 episode details from the new Doctor Who series for 2010.

Episode 1: "The Eleventh Hour" (by Steven Moffat) to be shown 3rd April 2010

Episode 2: "The Beast Below" (by Steven Moffat)

Episode 3: "Victory of the Daleks" (by Mark Gatiss)

Personally, I think Gatiss + Daleks = great episode.

I've just finished watching it and I'd have to agree.

I agree. Although, after watching that scene, she became infinitely more attractive and desirable.

Wasn't the whole 'stone skin' thing the angels way of protecting themselves from being looked upon/killed? This would explain the moving thing.

I liked Saturday's episode but, yeah, wasn't as good as the set up.

Next week looks interesting and I think Amy's character is developing well, seems to be connected with the whole rip in time thing.

Most interesting thing is the Doctor going on about the past being able to be changed and replaced. What is he planning?

How far can you actually go with a character made of stone, that cannot move when the cameras are on it? Obviously not many episodes as it turned out, but I still thought it was quite entertaining.

Looking forward to the next one now...

Yes, but they made it sound as though they were capable of full movement and turned to stone when you looked at them. Not some kind of eerie moving statues.

Thanks for that, I do kind of agree, albeit even the haters watch Doctor Who.

I wasn't very impressed with "Blink", but I always enjoy the Angels; a decent attempt at a new monster.

Seems almost too obvious that River Song kills the Doctor, I'm hoping for a decent twist.

Nobody has any comments on this weekends offering?

Personally I thought it was ok, although I do feel the 'aliens disguised as humans' bit has been done to death over the past few years, and was certainly a good watch. Although I'm a little confused as to why the Doctor showed the library card with a picture of the first Doctor on it however...

More talk of 'the silence' too, would be nice to find out exactly what this is sooner rather than the end of the first half of the, no-doubt, two-part season finale.
