Episode 1: "The Eleventh Hour" (by Steven Moffat) to be shown 3rd April 2010
Episode 2: "The Beast Below" (by Steven Moffat)
Episode 3: "Victory of the Daleks" (by Mark Gatiss)
Personally, I think Gatiss + Daleks = great episode.
Garin was wrong, looks like it's going to be a good series and Doctor. Now just have to wait for the next episode.
Oh, and the I actually thought the music was very good.

I always thought Doctor Who was quite eclectic. It wasnt a drama show, but still it had drama when it suited it. These days you get the feeling that every idea & story gets run through a stream of BBC executives to make sure its hitting its target market or adhering to small bizarre formula of how the show should pan out. Their notion of a family show seems to be make something for the lowest common denominator (children) and hope adults will watch it with them.
Okay first the opening theme is absolutely awful and the tunnel thing reminds me of an episode of Futurama. The logo was nice though.
Didn't really like the food bit especially after we had The Master scoffing his face, but whatever.
Matt is pretty good as the Doctor and I like his companion which is great because I didn't really like the old ones. Plus she looks cute and I'm not always looking at her mouth when she talks.
I'm not sure what pb will say when his girls ask him what a kissogram is though. I'm surprised they still exist, last time I heard the word was back in the 80s.
Monster was good, celebrity guests were fine (although I didn't like the "look at all the celebrities to come" at the end bit). Didn't really like the eye thing too.
Overall I give it an 8/10, really looking forward to the next episode. Oh and I'm glad she doesn't have a family because one of the things I didn't like about the last few series was all the families and boyfriends etc. I wouldn't mind the odd episode, but I'd like it to go back to normal Doctor Who.
There were a few moments when it was a bit scary, lets have more of that.
Can we talk about the bit at the end or do we have to write it in spoilers?
I will agree with him that I hate the lack (near complete destruction) of mythology in the show. I'd also like to see a crap ton more consequences, things that actually change how people act or feel would be awesome.
Also, please leave Earth alone now. It's now so different from current events it should be a parallel world. You have an entire Universe and nearly any imaginable point in time to explore!
11th Hour was fun and didn't take itself too seriously, just like Who of old. Even as a big Whovian myself I don't put the classic show on such a high pedastal, the new show is just fun and good entertainment.
But then as soon as something gets popular you always get the anti-popular squad out.
Music was terrible, attempt at an action packed start faltered but then the 'brilliant' switch got turned on.
Loved the 'faces of the doctor' bit, magic.
Good god... the theme... why? Just why?
The first 5-10 minutes left me thinking, when is this lame attempt at humour going to end?
After that? Glory. Through and through. Hopefully, this Doctor will show people how average Tennant was too.
