Get there NOW.
There.
I await your desperately reasoned reply. Probably along the lines of "it's an old game no one wants anymore"
It's like going to the snickers Game On festival and they ran out of free snickers ice cream they gave out...
Would you moan? I mean you bought the ticket to go to the Game On festival... not to get a free snickers ice cream.
if you are telling me you bought a Nintendo product for some cheap piece of tat you can get off the net then you need help.
It's FREE why can't you see it's FREE... I am moaning about a free gift?!?!?!? It's not a prize... it's a free gift that you choose at your leisure.
Did you know the mario poster, the iroden (whatever) soundtrack and the metroid name plate was actually designed especially for the STARS catalogue?
Dammit it's free.

I'm the idiot? How about you being the idiot because that was a rumour spread from a special season postcard that Animal Crossing was coming to EUROPE not just France. Nothing has been confirmed or denied.
That's bound to be good for business.
Again, I don't expect huge quantites of stuff likes games/accessories. But the cheap items, like the key rings, I expect a decent quantity to be available.
If Nintendo have the decency to offer them - they should be expected to have a decent quantity available.
I agree that items liek the Mario Kart keyring should be put up in say a bulk of 500 (surely they can't cost much), but the more expensive items will be a little more 'exclusive'.
I still can't believe people are complaining about free gifts. It's not as if when deciding to get a game it ever boils to how many VIP stars are on offer.
Sure, Nintendo don't hate Europe - they get a lot of money from us Europeans.
And I'm quite happy with the way game releases have gone - delays are there for a reason. They don't delay games just for the sake of it.
And no, I wont 'go away' as such.
The Stars system is a complete farce. I can't believe they have only got a small number of Mario Kart keyrings, and I can't believe they never expected their Stars system to catch on - especially when they based their whole site upon the 'VIP Stars' system.
Now I know all these points aren't just yours Dringo, so don't take all these quotes as disagreements just with yourself.
"Getting annoyed because Nintendo don't give out thousands of free gifts at once is stupid. They're free for gods sake."
Nintendo should make sure they have adequate stock to supply to a fair amount of people each time they advertise a new item on their systems. It is bad business sense to keep disappointing your fans, even if they are free gifts.
"They are giving free gifts away and we moan"
We're moaning because we're recieving free gifts now are we? Funny, because I thought I was moaning because I don't have any as they never have anything in stock. I don't want games, carry cases, hardware. I want cheap collectable stuff like their posters, keyrings and so on. They make huge quantities of things like those keyrings so there's no excuse.
"I'm fed up of the moaning, we want, we need, we want more... it's all i hear from all of you.
If you don't like it go away. "
If you don't like hearing the moans, then you should be the one to go away. Nintendo are a business. Businesses should listen to their customers. The only reason Game are increasing their share of the market whilst Gamestation and other specific and non-specific videogame retailers are losing their share in the market is because they listen.
I agree that if the points are stupid, they can and should be ignored. But when they advertise, and I quote:
From http://www.nintendo-europe.com/NOE/en/GB/register/benefits.jsp (Nintendo.co.uk)
"Earn stars and swap them for fantastic Stars Catalogue gifts"
Correct me if I'm wrong but this doesn't state, "Earn stars for the chance that you might be able to swap them for the odd freebie."
I'm not asking for lots of expensive stuff - just cheap little things, like the keyrings they had an extremely small quantity of.
My only moans of Nintendo of Europe are the website and the way the Stars Catalogue is ran. A more professional way of doing it would be to have prepared a backlog of stock before hand.
I don't see it as us us replacing "bussiness sense with personal want... " but you and Rickoss replacing logic and fact with opinion based on personal gain.

Which is why it is being released and localised for FRANCE and has been released in the PAL territory Austrailia (meaning Nintendo would only need a new manual cover and box cover for a UK release).
Idiot.
