Got this today, 'tis brilliant.

So far I've got a big-faced dog called... Bigface, a cow called Rainbow, loads of milk and some 'cultivated land' watered.

I haven't played ti for long, about 15 minutes, but it really is amazing.

Get it.

I was wondering about that too, maybe it's just a pointless shed, or perhaps there's more to it? Oh exciting stuff!

;)

And welcome to the forums.

I would say that Harvest Moon is now one of my fave Gamecube games, perhaps even more so than Zelda.

In addition to what I had before, I now have a horse named Storm, it sleeps most of the time though, and I have a chicken and a rooster. I also caught a very rare fish, a Sharshark, does anyone know where I can sell it for a decent price, apart from Van?

If you link-up the GBA version to the GC, Van and Ruby can be seen in FOMT and items can be bought from them. Van also sells new records in the GC version with songs on them that featured in old Harvest Moon games, new events may also happen! When you link up the two games you get stars overall i think there's about 40 stars that need to be collected!

Secondly if this question hasn't been answered already Nami's bedroom is in the INN upstairs but shes hardly ever in it so it's mainly always locked!

Also my advice is keep digging with that David Dickensen lookalike ;)

Rumours and Secrets (COULD BE SPOILERS so only look if you really want to however they might not be true).

There's also rumours that the chickens can lay golden eggs and that swamp area has a fairy hidden inside it but you have to do something to clean the water! If you've seen the turtle/tortoise you can tell it's ill or upset so this rumour could be true! Anyone figured it out? Also the shed that can never be opened is something that can be used, if you go into your house and look into the diary, there's a section called 'Status' look under buldings and there's 4 question marks that have to be filled, However only 3 things can be bought one's the pond, and the food-processing room, oh and the other is milking room, meaning there's one more building to be bought!

Oh and not giving anything away but characters do die in this game (i've read somewhere) so get ready to say goodbye to some close friends, as i'm STILL only in the first chapter (MY GOD this game is big) i have no-idea who it is!

Overall this game is Excellent! I going to play it again now! :)

LOL! If you want an easy catch then i suggest Celia, just bring her a Toy Flower or Moon Mist everyday and she is yours.

I'm now on Fall, and still not married, I guess you have to wait until the end of the year. My Star Cow isn't producing milk yet...

I'm shocked. Nami has just been striked off of my potential wife list. I saw her and that fruity poet coming out of Muffy's room together. It was extremely suspicious.
That poet must be a demon in bed. Maybe I should marry him...

I have about 10 fertilised eggs now...

I have:

1 Rooster
2 Hen's.

Leave them overnight, voila, most of the time you get fertilised eggs, but sometimes normal eggs.

I have one in the incubator and 9 in the food storage... ;)

The consumer sees 'GC exclusive' and thinks it a Nintendo game.

I have and love my GC, and don't care about it's image, but I'm just saying that names like 'Star cow' don't exactly help the image problem, do they?

I would also like to know the secret of the fertilised egg.
And I knew you couldn't get that acheologist minx, but she IS my favourite, and I don't really want any of the other girls. When I found out that I couldn't have Lumina (even though she's only about 8 years old), I was crushed. I taught her how to play the piano like a blind amputee, and I love her.

Also, where does Nami live/keep her diary?
