I am trying to organise some competitions in our shops.

For the Sony one I intend to use those difficult little tests to upgrade your licence in Gran Turismo 3. They only take about 30 seconds each and you can repeat them in fast order. they are timed to 1000th of a second so they fit the bill nicely.

For the Nintendo competition I need to find something "compact" on a N64 game, which can be measured and possibly saved. Does such a thing exist? Could I have your suggestions please?

As the N64 prize (in the shops) is likely to be a Game Cube plus game, it would be nice if the game used on the N64 "tied in" with one of the launch titles on the Game Cube.

Thanks in advance.

If its to celebrate the New GC arriving, I suggest we dont do N64, but head back a step or two!

How about: THE ORIGINAL ARCADE SPACE INVADERS!

One of the games that heralded the step forward in gaming!

I really back the F-zero x idea, death race is probably as fast a challenge as you can get, However, i live in Scotland, and all of the shops are in England, so either SR need to build a shop in Edinburgh, or allow me to enter sending video or photographic proof. Please let me enter using these means, a gamecube means so much to me.

There wont be people with the exact split seconds, and if there is they they go on "facility" and try for the best score!

How about quickest time to complete the "Dam" on secret agent on "Goldeneye". It wont take very long and when you complete the level you will have a set of scores.

I think enguardes arena from DK64 is good because it has a high scores table, the game is simple and is under a minute. You can also erase the scores for the next day. Only problem being, you have a to play a little way through the game to "unlock" the option.

I still think that "Mario Kart 64" will be the best choice.
