The good:
Absolutely fantabulistic graphics!

Harder than before
Not possible to buy a super-powerful car from the off
More tracks
2001 cars
Swish presentation
Virtually no loading times
Cool music
Favorite music tracks playlist option
Force feedback wheel available
6 players
Its Gran Turismo!
Its Gran Turismo!
One more time: Its Gran Turismo!
The bad:
Cant turn the music up
New menu-like presentation isnt as good as the last one
Takes longer to navigate
Not much of a sequel
More bloody license tests!
Not as many options
The missing:
300+ cars
Second hand cars
TVR Cerbera (allegedly). If I find thats not there, someone will die.
Polish
The Corrs
Damage (still, but I know why)
High Speed Ring
Verdict: Very good, but shows signs of being rushed. Could have had a little more thought put into it.
GT3 is realistic in a very fun way as it's actually hard to win a race and you need a damn sight more skill than with the majority of Nintendo racers. Maybe there isn't enough of the Nintendo target audience that can handle a proper racer such as GT, and that's why you only have arcade racers. To win a GT you have to get good. Going gung-ho and "What's a brake?" will get you nowhere, apart from maybe a gravel pit.
You proved me right with those last couple of posts :-)
> Do I care if the car gets damaged or not?? NO!!! {:)
And yes

:D
Oops. Looks as though I didn't read Dan's message through properly.
But that doesn't mean I'm wrong.
:D
And yes Dan_uk, us Sony fans are a little more mature than the childish likes of you.
:D
haha gt3 isn't realistic in
> that sense i mean you can smack any other car at top speed only to
> send them flying and i'd thought they'd be more on the fish tailing
> than only when you go off track.
So what you're saying is, it's realistic in all the spoddy dull ways but ignors the part of realism that could offer a little bit of excitement.
I guess that says it all about Sony games...
As for "Beware the Toads"
You're one of those unbiased gamers who like a good game no matter the platform.
You're a bit more mature than the childish likes of us :-)
(And when I say US, no I'm not talking as in US as in Nintendo players, I'm talking about US as anyone who can be bothered to argue :-D)
