Okay, here goes…

An elderly man woke up one morning and was about to have a shave. He picked up the razor and started shaving his beard while looking at the mirror. The man then put his glasses on only to see that he had an even bigger beard but not grey like it was before and he didn’t have glasses on anymore.

What has happened here?

I think that when you find the answer you should notice that it contains another question refering to the initial question and that the answer to this question will in some way realte to the first answer except this answer will be set in the first person unlike the frist answer that was set in the third person mode of speach.
