An elderly man woke up one morning and was about to have a shave. He picked up the razor and started shaving his beard while looking at the mirror. The man then put his glasses on only to see that he had an even bigger beard but not grey like it was before and he didn’t have glasses on anymore.

He wasn't in front of a mirror, he was at a window.
When he put his glasses on and looked up, someone was standing looking in at the window.
