I've played Zelda and Metroid and all those 'wonderful' ones. They're crap.
I think I'll sell my cube/trade it in somewhere for cash within the next few weeks for the whammy fund.

A second party is a developer that produces games exclusivly for one console, that console manufacturer has either signed a deal with the company or own a percentage share in them.
E.g. HAL
A first party are the manufacturers development studios, so Sony, Microsoft Games Studio's and Nintendo EAD. Companies that are 100% owned by the console developer. And Retro Studio's is owned by Nintendo 100%.

Although this is no different from any other console. You can't just put the blame on the Cube here.
I like the exclusives like Sunshine, Pikmin, Monkey Ball and I also like Conflict Desert Storm, but apart from these, not many other games have offered the kind of depth Goldeneye gave.
