But actually we live in the real world, and these are just dreams that will never come true, because those greedy developers only care about collecting money for themselves, and they wouldn't share it.

I'm in a hurry,I have a lot of things to do alltogether, actually I'm very late.

No. The reason of Sony's success is that they are popular in Japan, so the best Japanese developers release games for the playstation console. Nintendo would make use of that, and add their great games so it would be popularity+games+great game developers. Microsoft won't add much, it would be just one or two games, and extra funds. Nothing serious.

Yes, I knew that, but Nintendo didn't pull out with their choice. Actually the whole ps1 project belonged to Nintendo, but they didn't have the funds, so they co-operated with sony to produce it, however Nintendo had a financial crisis because of their announcement of a new version of the snes which didn't really satisfy the public, so they cancelled the project with sony, that was back in 1993, however ken koturagi convinced the head of sony to produce the console on their own, and they did it in 1994.
MS and Nintendo, would be a much better end.
I don't think Sony could bring much more than good marketing to any merger. They don't really innovate half as much as Nintendo, or even Microsoft for that matter.
