Right guys, this is a serious thread, so no larking about. One of our Notables, er-no, is unhappy with his PlayStation 2. Although he is well within his rights to not like it, I really want to open his eyes to the glorious world of Sony.

This topic is only for people who have or are thinking of getting a PS2. In this thread I want to persuade people that their PS2 is a fine machine, not to be reconciled to a life of neglect. I will attempt to guide people in the right direction, show them which games to buy, inform them of future classics, both near and far, and discuss the merits and downfalls of this fine machine with a civilised and mature attitude.
So, anyone who wants to talk about why they are unhappy, step up and anyone who feels they are up for the job, join me.

Well to be fair, that's a blatent lie.

Metal Gear Solid 2.
GT3.
Jak and Daxter.
Red Faction.
Starfighter.
Those are the only games I would like to play on the PS2. In all fairness, that certainly is not enough. Any other games I want to play on it I can get on the Gamecube, so it doesn't appeal to me at all.

Anyone who is unhappy with their PS2 should just get gran turismo 3 on friday and i guarantee you will never consider disliking you PS2 ever again.
