On America's CNN it was announced the Shiggy Miyamoto was involved in a car crash. His condition was listed as critical.
There is nothing solid yet but there was a huge discussion on the IGN boards people claiming they saw it on TV.

My sentiments go out to him.

"If this is the case than Croc should make Mario 64 blush deeper shades of red than have ever been seen before."

"Basically, Croc's play mechanics are similar to Mario 64's, and it's plain to see that the game is a straightforward 3D platformer."

Two quotes from the review of Croc on IGN. :0)

Jumping flash was never released over here. So can anyone tell me what was the first British released truly 3d platformer.

Anything that spawns a thousand clones has to be revolutionary.

Google says Jumping Flash, released in 1994/1995 on PSone in Japan was the first true 3D platformer featuring true 3D polygons.

I meant prove that it was revolutionary.

Here we go.

"The fully 3D Super Mario 64 wasn't even the first 3D platformer ever, or the first truly polygonal game. That honor goes to Jumping Flash, that was released in 1994 / 1995 on PSX in Japan."

Was that ever released over here?

(I still think Super Mario 64 was revolutionary. Great design... and people copied that game, not Jumping Flash.)
