As the most anticipated game of the year is released today, we need a place to discuss the happenings and to arrange games!

A few people asked for this to be created and so here we go.

Trusting everyone has their copy now, so let the fun begin tonight.

I, along with several others will be on Xbox but i know some are Ps3, but its the same game so no point in two threads!

I'm still trying to decide between these 2 too. Probably won't buy another game for 2 or 3 weeks (need to get paid first!) but it will more than likely be one of these.

Your going to spend a third of the total price we paid for 5 maps, on a game that we all stopped playing? :D

I'll probably buy the maps, but not for a while until I start actually playing MW2 again.

The good thing for us PS3 users is that you can share DLC with other consoles (up to 3 I believe), so in theory the map pack will only cost me $5/£3 if I can rope two other mates into it. Sounds like a bargain when you think of it like that.

I also really like the 2 old maps from COD4, probably 2 of my top 3 maps.

Not played MW2 for a long time. I have had no internet to do so and when i did, i was playing MAG before i moved and was enjoying that. But i will look to get Battlefield soon i think.

But the new maps might be fun, shame on the price! Might re-inject some life into it for me.

Yeah,it's a proper rip off, will probably still get them though.Got a load of M$ points that have been lying on my account for about a year.Remember the GOW 2 DLC that came out last year ?,that was about the same price for a 20-30 minute single mission. That was arguably an even bigger rip off but some peeps still bought it.Honestly believe the COD 4 maps should be free though and if they going to bring any of them back then why not Creek ?,it was by far the best one.

Have to agree Alfonse...it was confirmed in November that these 'maps' actually existed on the PC dvd. But having no 'console' they couldn't be accessed - but oh yes they can ha ha.

You will be spending £10 for an activation code...they already exist:-)

Maps are here:

Erm, yes? You're giving them moral high ground by buying these stupidly priced packs. Sanction of the victim, baby.
