"When you die.."

what are you going to have done with your body? Buried, cremated or donated to science? I'll probably be buried, cremation doesn't appeal to me nor does having my cadaver used to test rifle velocities with. What about those of you that don't belong to a church or similar? Are there public cemeteries or anything? I actually have no idea.

Having experienced fire, I'd rather suffocate to be honest.

Then it'll be over in a matter of minutes, which is preferable to lying inside a coffin for the best part of a day until you suffocate.

Cremation, definitely.

The prospect of waking up inside a coffin with a couple of tonnes of dirt on top of you isn't worth the risk. I know it's highly unlikely to happen, but people have been buried alive before.

I like the gesture of donating organs but as I'm not sure if there'll be an after life and if you keep your original form, I don't want to be walking around without my vital organs.

Being cremated somehow removes your memory, being scattered into the wind is a little like saying you've gone forever. I'd prefer to be buried as I'd leave some mark.

To be honest I wouldn't actually be bothered if I was chopped up and served to pigs as feed, but I suppose I'd donate whatever organs i could.

I'd be buried. Cremation is out - I get heat exaustion easily. And as for donating to science ... well, I'd be a better help to science alive.

My plan is to have enough money to be cryogenically frozen. Failing that i'll get someone to shove me in their freezer...
