England squad:

Michael Vaughan (captain)
James Anderson
Ian Bell
Paul Collingwood
Andrew Flintoff
Ashley Giles
Stephen Harmison
Matthew Hoggard
Geraint Jones
Simon Jones
Kevin Pietersen
Andrew Strauss
Marcus Trescothick

Get fit soon Simon Jones!

Hopefully England will still be attacking and go for the win rather than defend to try and get a draw, I think they're more likely to succeed this way.

'Should' be but you don't always get what you deserve. I just hope England don't typically crack under pressure. They need to hold out until tea time at least to secure the ashes.

If Australia get the 2-2 draw it is not deserved. We should be 3-1 up right now.

I however shall be at work all day and have to put up with the scrawlings of the score updates on the white board every 3 hours.

Well, if we can bat out most the day, It's pretty much confirmed that we've won it.

However, if there's a collapse like the old Australians had today, then we're pretty much done for. So yeah, as ever with cricket, take nothing for granted.

I will, however, be rushing home from college to watch the final 6 hours of it.

I don't see it as bad.

The Aussies were offered the light but stayed on because they needed to. England didn't need to. Just because they are in the stronger position, does this mean they should not be offered the same as Oz?

Yeah, because facing 95mph balls isn't hard enough already, is it?

And you've got to realise, channel 4 and such use those contrast buttons really quite well, brightening it up a bit.

And remember the 3rd test? Who get a result THERE because of the weather? not us.

Can't blame England for the decision and can't blame Australia for being so angry.

Personally I feel they've been hard done by, Vaughn could have created a good tally as well, he had a good start.

Never mind, looks almost certain now... what a start to the day though. Full credit to England.
