What's not genuine about it? I'd be pretty angry if I was in a band and my bass player of fifteen years decided to quit and some internet geeks were downloading my music without paying.
Metallica shouldn't really be compared to Guns N Roses anyway. Thrash metal and rock and roll are two different things.
