down, just so you know, about 40% of med school graduates don't get taken on as trainee doctors, because there aren't enough jobs. So you aren't guaranteed a place at all. Then consider that a medical degree basically qualifies you for one job, and if you don't get it what use is your degree then?

Aha, I think I was born for Maths.
Everyone I know reckoned I'd take Maths at Uni because I'm so naturally talented at it (The logic and problem solving I mean, and I'd be extremely good at it if I actually listened, but I barely filled one jotter in S5 and still managed a band 1 A in Maths).

Everyone who asked me what I was doing at Uni automatically assumed I'd say "Maths". But I just couldn't see the point in doing it at Uni because of job prospects - I don't want to spend my life in something Maths related.

Anyway, yeah, I'm good at Maths (Best in the school most people thought, even though some people got better exam results, they tended to study for months and months and months, whereas I barely tried.)

So yeah, I'll stop now before my head can't fit through the door.

Woo.

I got my one, taken-early AS result.

German = E

Yay! Only 4 marks off a D as well!

Now I need never even consider the word German, or the language German, or even the country, ever again.

Well, I've been going practice shopping for when I live on my own (sad, I know).

I got a massive jar for 99p.
It is the best stuff ever, I only tried it on holiday a bit back.
