I like the Riff for Seek and Destroy, though I never really 'got into' Metallica in the way that many people I know did. So I probably don't appreciate some of their lesser-known songs

The Metallica I have heard is generally plodding with lyrics not based on anything worthwhile.

That said I do like Enter Sandman, Until it Sleeps and Nothing Else Matters.
