Turns out that the deal for Robinho is never going to happen due to the confusion over the amount of money Real Madrid would have to pay to Santos.
So instead they've opted to sign Julio Baptista. Admittedly only Marca seem to have picked up this so far, but by what they're writing, it seems pretty much like a done deal for 20 million Euros.
Edit - just confirmed on the BBC. £13.8 million to Sevilla, and Baptista signs for Real.

Wonder where Robinho will go, then, if anywhere.
Tell you what - you're both my favourite. How about that?
We should not argue amongst ourselves, brothers. It is Lil Bro we should rally upon. And failing him, Colourless. But Lil Bro is usually about.
And for the record, i wasn't being serious with the multi-ball idea either whenever i said that
Meh let's just drop it, pretty pathetic thing to argue about. You seem not to like me as it is, ah well i have my Ruud doll to keep me happy :-D

Christ on a bike, I got the joke. Look back, you can see from my post afterwards. What it amounts to is basically:
You: Joke about Real's defence being crap.
Me: Sarcastic comment about American teams being a bag of balls on toast.
They looked at me, so I told my dad he was going bald and my sister she was fat. Haha.
Anyway, Kawada and Blank. This was a ridiculous argument, consisting of Blank having surprisinly little tolerance for Sports-standard humour and Kawada wanting me to touch him so much it must make his girlfriend leave him. Suck it up, man. Not in a gay way, though.
> Namechecking me thrice, you must be desperate.
Well i used to name drop Neo but after that incident involving the badger and Rio Ferdinand he kind of dropped down the social ladder. Thus my love for the Stryke and your Baros loving ways. Now Milan there's a wholesome footballer, a man of dignity.
