It's out tomorrow night, and I can't be the only Harry Potter fan on here. I shall be entering into the spirit of things and picking up my copy around midnight.
Unfortunately I know what happens.. thanks to the brilliance of the internet I had some spoilers thrust at me earlier. An important character turns bad and kills another important character, something I could have done without knowing, but still.

Theories are, that Harry or Harry's scar has been made inadvertantly a horcrux that neither of them know about.
Think about it, a horcrux is a thing which has part of Voldemort's soul in. And Harry has a piece of Voldy in him from the would-be fatal attack he suffered as a kid (hence him being able to speak Parseltongue etc.)
My guess for the final showdown:
Harry: "I'm the final horcrux! It's only me that's keeping Voldy still alive!"
*Harry points wand at himself*
Harry: Avada Kedavra!
Voldy: (Darth Vader-esque) Nooooooooooooooooooo!!
*Harry and Voldy both die*
