OOT was perfect.

Wasn't a single flaw.

Just some idiots didn't like it.

IGN gave it that? Definitly confirms my opinion of them then.

Anyway a score of 9.9 to me indicates a game is almost near perfect, better then virtually every other game in each department and can hardly been improved on and has almost zero flaws. I have already given 3 examples of it not being the best game in 3 seperate departments and should not have been given that score

Dont get me wrong it is a great game, but not 9.9 worthy. That\'s just a crazy rating

That's wrong. The Legend Of Zelda: The Ocarina Of Time was given a perfect 10/10.

And suppose this game has problems, they can still give it 9.9, if games were rated according to flaws, we would find lots of crap games given high scores. And the GTA series have always had flaws, if we judged them all according to flaws, non of them would get a score any higher than 6/10, which is note fare..

It could be 9.9 on a PS2 games scale.

E.g it's basically as perfect as any game on PS2 game will get

9.9 indicates it is the best game out there in every single department.

Straight away it is not the best in graphics so it is already wrong.
It does not have the best shooting system so again it is wrong.
Does not have the best driving physics so again it is wrong.

Shall i go on? This is why i hate IGN, stupid reviewers giving dumb scores

Then you have the inconsistent frame rate and low resolution textures to take into consideration.

It isn't a 9.9. Close but no cigar.

Of course, because no game can be perfect.
But 9.9 isn't perfect.

SA is perfect.
But there are loading times when changing clothes.
That takes it down .1

Obviously.

But 150 hours to do everything to get 100%???

Hmmmm i\'ll see for myself, but the only games that have come to 150 hours for me are Disgaea and FF7 (and that\'s only because i had to play the damn thing 3 times to finish it because my memory card kept crashing)

they finished it by doing only the missions but there is so much more on offer: Modding cars, exploring, gettin a pilot licence, playing basket ball, playing pool. ect,ect
