It was crap.
The PC is the place for cheap, innovative games because that's where the small developers can afford to release games without being charged for the chance to do so.

Aeon Flux is fecking wierd, they are making a Hollywood remake with Charlize Theron is anyones interested

Nothing to do with that, PC games just don't sell. I know plenty who wouldn't have bothered again if it was in the same state as 6-8 years back.

Think I rushed to make a post? No I took my time about it (I'm currently watching Aeon Flux and posting) and so I hadn't read your reply but it appears you're not intelligent enough to realise that.
With consoles it's just a case of taking them out the box and plugging them in. At least that was you know for at least the next 3 years you'll be able to run the most up to date games for the system.
If I had the cash I might even think of investing in a better computer, but I can't say playing games on my PC really intrests me.
Also my girlfriend would kick my ass if I started playing PC games as well, she gets fed up with me sitting on my Xbox let alone at a PC as well.
You wonder why I question your intelligence?!

They would because there's no manufacturer (Sony, Nintendo etc) fees to be paid unlike with the consoles.

Not as low as going after people's intelligence.
Compared to you I took the highground.
Can't wait to try and get my PC + monitor up to Edinburgh, oh no I won't be bothering.
I left PC gaming way back because it was just a complete hit and miss exercise. It has changed, massively. If it had carried on the way it was going PC games wouldn't be on the shelves these days.
I would barely be able to set the thing up. Let alone be able to work out if I've got the right videocard and all that malarky.
I'll stick with consoles, much easier for computer simpletons like myself.
