It does make me laugh though, "PC gaming has more lag".

Yes of course, that is why you can actually use a filter to get ping of the servers and what your average ping will be. Where as you can spend 15-20 minutes on LIVE and still end up with a server with a shed load of lag.

Not to mention the 64 vs 64 lag free carnage in Joint Operations.

I struggle to get lag free gaming with 8 vs 8 on LIVE.

Lag?

I think you'll find PC online gaming is far less laggy than console online gaming. And expensive? PC games are mostly free to play online you nob. You also get "hackers" on console online games.

Actually. Most massive online PC games now come with punkbuster or similar that stops the hacks and everything. And as for lag, I've played in servers of 50 people and the lag is hardly noticable. Oh, and both Xbox and PS2 online lag worse than pc's.

Pretty much all Plasma/LCD TV's can be hooked up to PC's. The more you spend, the higher the resolution. I think the latest Panasonic Plasma TV has 1280 x 1024 which is what I have my LCD Monitor set to at home.

So yes you can rent them.

Fair enough. Any links?

Edit: Can you rent large PC monitors as you can with TVs?

Well on something like Ghost Recon if my machine can show graphics clearer and more crisply I'm going to be getting more kills than other players who computers don't.

The monitor would cost the same as a 42" Plasma TV.

As for struggling to run games, that is what you have the ability to lower the settings for. That makes no difference to how easy it is to kill someone.
