A great attitude for any school. Uniform is about 2 things - levelling the playing field in terms of dress, so everyone dresses the same and there can be no competition or bullying based on what people wear, and it also encourages the pupils to respect the authority of the teachers. If they adhere to rules about school uniform, and keep tidy and neat, they are less likely to break any other school rules or behave in a rowdy fashion.
