The new Download Of The Day page under joint control of whoever is in charge, for now thats myself(Flock) and obviously more importantly, Asher. I'm just updating it, he's in charge, because he rocks.

We want a group of people who can recommend one track a day which
hopefully people will listen to and pass judgement on. The idea is
just to introduce people to new music.

NOTE FROM ASHER - IMPORTANT
If i'm going to be taking control of this for a little while, I expect everyone to take responsibility for their songs and post up a yousendit link or something similar up on the day of their song. I don't have the capabilities to download everything super-quickly like Flock does and put it up, so it's up to you. If you want you're song to get a fair few listeners it's advised that you do this, but if you don't want to then that's fine.
Preferably at least a day in advance so I have time to edit the post each day.

Maybe everyone could submit their email addy's and then when it's your day, upload the song to Yousendit and mail the address on?

I meant upload it to Yousendit then send the address via email. Would just save a lot of time and stuff.

Links to downloadable files have been banned on here - SR don't want to get into legal trouble. I'll try and hunt through my MSN for DOTD emails addys. :-)

Strafio, have you got my MSN address? Could you just send it there? If you can, just use Yousendit and then send the address to anyone else who wants it. It'll save you uploading, and won't take up account space.

Now listening to Away We Drift by Elliot. Really good, didn't think much of it when I first heard, but yeah, great.

Now I'll have to download all the other stuff.

Took me a long time to start to like this song, but now I love it, the whole feel of it and the chorus is mesmerising. Fantastic, as is all of Grace.
