Excellent.
Spent 4hrs yesterday just pedalling around being a "homie".
Ate lots of fried chicken, worked out and spent money on clothes. Robbed a house, kicked an old lady in the head and emptied a tin of spray paint into some gang members faces.

I feel influenced and corrupted already.

They should have left flying the Dodo like in the older games - that was a skill! I could fly it all day, much to Snuggly's annoyance as he normally hit the sea a few seconds after taking off. In his own words: "How do you get it so high?". Huuur.

Go to the big hanger at Las Vegas-place airport and wait for the door to open. Oh yeah.

Ah cool, I've only just reached San Fiero and thought "Hang on, there's an airport here and Los Santos, must've missed it".
Cheers

You get a mission once you've done all the main story missions in San Fierro, that takes you to the flying school. If you can't wait till then to use the planes, you can take a car to the Los Santos airport, then stand on the roof and jump over the railings.

Make sure you don't try flying the dodo though as it's a total biatch to fly as usual.

Goto the abandoned runway in the desert. Should be around the top of the map in the San Fiero area.

Planes = Fooking sweet!

Just need one more car now to complete the export missions, apparently it's in Las Venturas, haven't been there so I'll have to wait. Just been doing the flying school on the airstrip, it's so much like Pilotwings, especially when you have to sky dive into the target area. Just need a couple more golds and then I'm done, a couple of the challenges are a real biatch though.

I killed my girlfriend in Los Santos the other day. Flew a plane to her house in the hope that I'd be able to pick her up and then fly her up real high and bail out. Damn bint wouldn't get in the plane though, so I ended up squishing her head multiple times on the run way until she died. Stupid bint!

Driving a camper van over the side of Mt. Chilliad is always fun.

Right, that's my pointless non-mission action sorted for tonight then.
