Hang on a sec.

I swear Asher made another one of these threads about the same time last year, with the exact same title.

I think he has a problem with leaving the past (like me). Or he likes to reminisce (like me). Or he has some sort of set to attract people back.

Only about 11 of the replies are on topic though. The rest of the replies are what you get nearly every thread in the PS2 forum turn into:

Imports (yes, we know they come out earlier, yes we know they don't have borders, yes, we're sick of hearing about it)
Gamecube (yes, we know RE4 is on it, yes, we're sick of hearing about it)
XBox (yes, we know about Forza, yes, we're ... you get the idea)

Just to turn it on its head, if I went into the Gamecube forum every day, for a year, and posted about Final Fantasy incessantly, that would probably kill the forum as people would get sick of reading it. And if I went into the XBox every day for a year, and posted about the MotorStorm technical demo incessantly, that would probably do the same thing.

But I don't, because trolling is bad. So I used to post pro-PS2 stuff in the PS2 forum, but I got sick of reading about Gamecube, XBox and Imports every pigging time I came back to a topic. Like this one.

Aww at least a few old names popped back in to say hey, and 76 replies in a day is pretty good for a dead forum!

Im still floating around and so are a few others but to be honest the SR forums as a whole have gone pretty much downhill.

I find little to talk about on the PS2 anymore. I play Pro Evo and thats it really. I play the odd games my Brother buys but rarely do i play them long so have little to say.

Much more into my two PC games right now, no guesses for which those are.

I'd like to know whats happened to alot of the Oldies. When the forum was at its hieght i loved this place.
