arghhhhhhhhhhh i don't give a flying monkey's douchebag about RE4. I have zero want or need to play it.

But i don't want to play it, as i said before today i hadn't even thought of RE4 or have any inclination to want to play it. I was merely wondering how people can condemn a game they haven't played yet.

But RE4 is much more of an FPS/3rd person shooter than the previous games. It's a big change. :P

If it runs the game you want to play in the best possible way then it's hardy a waste. :S
I bought a PS1 for 15 quid to play FF7 + 8. Waste of money? I think not. It runs those games as they were intended to be run.
Geez this is the last time i dare to venture opinions on this site again. With this and the Beckham argument it's aged me another 5 years :-D
*touches wood*
I've had mine for 5 years or more now. No probs at all.

Or like all other Resi games before it i'll consider it extremely tedious and go back to my sports, FPS and RPG games :-D
Why buy a console that i'll hardly play and waste money, even if it is cheap? That's hardly common sense now is it?

When you finally get round to playing RE4 on the PS2 you'll probably be quite eager to play the better version.
Mabye not, but then we're back at 'commonsense' again. :P

Because in the discussion we were recommending you get a cheap Cube.

But it came across that way. Why play an inferior version when the better one can be so easily purchased with console for next to nothing?
As stated my point was i will wait to

and there we have it.
If you're going to play the PS2 version I'm guessing you aren't going to get the cube version and here we are back at the 'commonsense' part of the discussion.
Rather than get a cheap cube you'd rather play an inferior version of the game and miss out on some exclusive RPG's?
