In tomorrow's news: some more people get cancer.
Its wierd.. People get diagnosed every single day with cancer. Sad but true. It doesnt make the headline..
Does that mean there will be no Cheesy Kylie music for a while?

I'm just sad because she'll be on loads of TV shows talking about how she is doing lots of work to raise awareness etc

I'm not going to say anything more on the argument of whether we should care if any celebrity has any illness. You can argue that one until the cows come home. I don't really care.

It's my hope that she recovers and that she'll become more of an advocate for awareness. Perhaps she can deposit her millions into finding the cure for not only breast cancer, but for AIDS and other momentarily incurables, as well. Her stardome has certainly enriched with this..
I think sometimes one's life calling has to be this grandios for them to hear it. I hope she hears it.

I'd hardly call getting Breast Cancer 'grandios'. More like completley and utterly degrading.
I would know, before anyone says anything, better than most. As my Mother has recovered succesfully from two bouts of breast cancer and in her own words, it's something which 'completely strips you of your dignity'.
