Got my form to fill in for accomodation for uni which is a little unnerving, its the final step in a lot of ways I suppose. Just wanted to get a bit of feedback from those of you already at a uni.

Which is the best, in your opinion, kind of room to have:

Normal/halls

Cluster blocks (6-8 rooms and shared bathroom/kitchen)

Cluster blocks with en-suite (for those scared to poo in a shared bathroom)

Off-campus house (generally cheaper I think but more travel)

Thanks a lot in advance.

I guess so, but some places don't call it that. It depends if you're in a city or on a campus.

How un-PC and sexist for a student site. ;)

Are you going for the city campus or the rural campus?

I applied for my accomodation ages ago.

I think all Unis do it different, some might even wait for you to get your results before they allocate a room.

I got a letter from Lincoln the other day saying they have allocated me a room and from the sounds of the letter, it is en-suite (my first choice)

Which is always a bonus.

The coolest ISP ever!
In my opinion, the ISP is the best I have ever used. They guarantee 'first time connection - everytime', which they have never let me down on.
Wonderful...
... and so easy-to-use even for a technophobe like me. I had my website up in a couple of hours. Thank you.
