Got my form to fill in for accomodation for uni which is a little unnerving, its the final step in a lot of ways I suppose. Just wanted to get a bit of feedback from those of you already at a uni.

Which is the best, in your opinion, kind of room to have:

Normal/halls

Cluster blocks (6-8 rooms and shared bathroom/kitchen)

Cluster blocks with en-suite (for those scared to poo in a shared bathroom)

Off-campus house (generally cheaper I think but more travel)

Thanks a lot in advance.

My 'recent' photo which I used for my yearbook, had my hair fully slicked back. I've abandoned that strategy and let it grow into a mess. You would hardly recognise me now...

Asses, they better not put that photo on a card or anything.
It was a photocopy of an already-tattered and 2-years-old buspass photo.

Those of you wondering why you have to give them a photo...

...Most unis now-a-days have campus cards. Some even have swipe cards for access to places like halls, libraries, etc. Some have them so your teachers know who you are.

Many uses, aswell as the annual point and laugh session.

I mentioned to Mrs Light about how I spent about 2 hours on the early hours of Saturday fishing and picking flowers.

I doubt she's ever loved me more.

I was in Gnomeregan for 7.30 last night. I had to drag myself away at 12.10am just after we killed the boss. I need a good 8 hours to function at work. Still, got a lot of nice instance related goodies to sort out / sell / disenchant.

Not a WoW thread hijack, honestly

It is the most addictive thing I have ever seen, I really need to force myself not to play.

I told a mate about it an he laughed, now he plays it more than me.

Then your willpower is greater than mine; my entire weekend (which was meant to have been taken up with DIY related stuff) was consumed by WoW and drunkenness.

I would give a lot of money to know how many relationships, degrees, and jobs this game costs...
