Gamespot didn't find the single player very interesting, which is odd because Bungie were concentrating on that so much. Live sounds a laugh.
I have to agree with Alastair - the game seems to do hardly anything new. Half Life 2 just looks all the more impressive, to be honest.
Although, I still cannot wait to play this on Live.

To be fair, the reviews say that the game has some annoying 'areas', y'know, small patches of repetitiveness - doesn't mean the game suffers as much as Halo 1 - 15 totally different levels kind of suggests that's impossible...
