Asher tried to do this a while ago and it clearly rocked ass, i thought it was a good idea so i'm going to try and revive it.
I want a group of people who can recommend one track a day which hopefully people will listen to and pass judgement on. The idea is just to introduce people to new music.
I'm planning on starting Monday with one track for each day of the week and i'll revolve the days around the people involved.

Didn't like it much. Although it did cut off before the end, so there might've been something good there.

:) FFF good boy recommending Shins. Pink Bullets rock. The best song recommended so far, I'd say.

Using yousendit.com is a doddle, Ash - just go to the main page, click browse and find your song, then click Send It. It'll take a while to load it up, then you get a link for it. Done.

I think it would definitely be more appealing to come on here and just have links taking you straight to a song rather than coming on and thinking great I have to search for a while for a song I may hate.

Either is good, it would just raise participation from people with crappy internet like me or with a lethargic nature like FFF.

I personally don't know how to use yousendit though so if people were going to be required to put a link up for their song each day then maybe a guide to yousendit could be inlcuded in the original post. As for putting the links in the main post it's okay except you'd have to come on EVERY day and update it whereas having each person responsible for their own song takes the strain off you.

I could put the link on the main post, it would be a good idea.

I think everyone should post a yousendit link up with their song on their day. Searching for decent mp3s on limewire is mission as is trying to download them.
