Asher tried to do this a while ago and it clearly rocked ass, i thought it was a good idea so i'm going to try and revive it.
I want a group of people who can recommend one track a day which hopefully people will listen to and pass judgement on. The idea is just to introduce people to new music.
I'm planning on starting Monday with one track for each day of the week and i'll revolve the days around the people involved.

Ryan Adams - Note To Self
Just a warning to anyone listening on headphones, make sure the volume isn't too high before putting it on, it almost made my ears bleed.
Dissappointing really, i was expecting much better from him but it't not bad and there are sure to be people on here who will like it. A bit too rocky and drawling for my liking.

Astriaal - Not really a fan of instrumental rock music, although I might send it to my friend who makes remixes and get him to add a hip-hop lyric over the top of it and send it back to you for comedy value lol :)

Not my cup of tea though 5/10

> Astriaal - Acquisition Of The Stars

Love the intro. I was listening to Don't Cry before this, so they both follow in the brilliant begginings.

Read what Flock said, and expected the worst, that it would go to extremely heavy guitar. I was pleasantly suprised when it refrained from doing so.

However I was disappointed when it didn't actually develop into a song, as such, and just seemingly remained to be 2 riffs or arpeggios if you like.

Had so much promise, but only 8/10

Astriaal - Acquisition Of The Stars

Class bit of music, fantastic contrast between the two halves of the song.

Really enjoyable, good choice.

Astriaal - Acquisition Of The Stars (Bob The Moose)
I have high hopes with a name like that, a slightly odd intro that might have worked better with another instrument but nice none the less, every bit a pretty as the title.
Awwwwww some stupid bu**er has put a big heavy guitar riff over the top of it and it ruined it completely, now it's just a mess of noise with a vague similarity to the intro, very dissappointing.

I really like todays one. I even dont mind the long chat at the beginning as it all adds to the song. Played it to my mates...they dont like it. But i think its quite good. 7/10

Without the intro then the 'Then they crashed into the deep blue sea, oh it was a wonderful splash' lyric would be a little out of place
